Glow Grow Brands was born out of a desire to free ourselves from the “boys club” mentality that dominated our day-to-day work life, and often left us feeling voiceless. We knew we couldn’t be the only ones facing this challenge. So we created a space for those who we were most drawn to from a strategic, execution, and attitude standpoint, every time - the women.

GGB was built by women who share the common goal of amplifying the voices of other women-led businesses and brands. We strive to put the grit and talent of these women on full display, disrupting the way brands are presented and shopped on Amazon.

We are a creative-first agency that specializes in finding your glow, and use data to drive our next move as you continue to grow. Empowering other women, creating lasting connections, and nurturing brands from the ground up is what we do best. Brands that elicit inspiration and align with our core values, are who we seek to do our best with.

Meet Amber Laur, Co-Founder + CEO

Over the past decade Amber has spent time in New York, Austin, and Los Angeles expanding her experience in buying, wholesale, operations, and customer obsession through marketing, for brands such as Anthropologie, Juicy Couture, American Eagle Outfitters, and Native Union.

In 2018 she joined a women owned and operated baby products brand, Grabease, where she was first hired to expand the wholesale channel, but soon after she became enamored with scaling the entire business globally. As COO, she helped position the company from a global sales and marketing standpoint to be successfully sold at a high multiple in just three years. The excitement of rapidly growing Grabease unlocked her desire to recreate the same formula for other women owned brands, which is why Glow Grow Brands is a natural progression in Amber’s story.

Her end goal of Glow Grow Brands isn’t just to grow with her partners, but to uplift: her passion is to support, nurture, and celebrate the wins together.
